The Graduate Hospital neighborhood has seen one of the most fascinating evolutions in all of Philadelphia over its long-standing history. With so much to offer in convenience and diversity, we're highlighting some of the things that perfectly showcase this always-bustling area of the city. And, boy!, was it tough to narrow it down. Without further ado, here is your realtor's guide to Graduate Hospital favorites.

1. Outdoor Activities on the Schuylkill

The Schuylkill River Park is a one-stop-shop for all of your outdoor activity needs! On a nice day, you can sun on the banks or catch a pick-up game of basketball. For you fitness aficionados, you can easily lose track of time running or biking on the Schuylkill River Trail (just make sure you have the steam to get back!). This park also includes one of the best dog parks in the city for those of you with furry friends!

2. Grays Ferry Triangle

The Triangle at Grays Ferry is hands-down one of the best spots in Philly for people-watching. Located at 23rd and South Streets, the options on how to bide your time are endless! This pedestrian plaza is a melting pot of local businesses. From browsing the extensive draft beer list at Grace Tavern to treating your family to a frozen treat from The Igloo, there’s a little something for everyone in The Triangle.

3. Fun for the Kids

Graduate Hospital is a great neighborhood to raise children for a number of reasons. Need to get the little ones out? Look no further than the Marian Anderson Recreation Center at 17th and Catharine. This facility includes a swimming pool, a quality playground, dual basketball courts, and a baseball diamond (complete with a batting cage!) for any and all activities your kids may be interested in. Graduate Hospital is also home to the community-driven Chester A. Arthur School, which is one of the most sought-after public schools in Philly.
