Julie has worked in Philadelphia real estate for the last 13 years and has sold more than 300 homes. She began her career as a builder agent, selling out all units in The Reserve at Packer Park in South Philadelphia, as well as many properties in the city’s East Falls neighborhood.
Currently, Julie specializes in selling new construction homes in Philadelphia’s rapidly changing neighborhoods of Fishtown, Northern Liberties, South Kensington, East Kensington, and Port Richmond. From 2004-2015, Julie’s home sales totaled $97.8 million; she was a self-employed realtor for most of that time period. In 2016 alone, Julie’s home sales totaled $13.2 million, and she is on track to surpass that in 2017.
