Elaine is a native Philadelphian, born and raised in good 'ol Port Richmond. In addition to her Real Estate License, Elaine is also a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). A very detailed-oriented professional, Elaine goes above and beyond the call of duty with her clients and enjoys working particularly with first-time home buyers. Originally from New York, Jeanette is a talented bilingual professional who grew up right here in Philly. Not only is she fluent in Spanish, but also highly experienced in sales and customer service. Ryan Schaffer

Ryan brings a tremendous amount of energy and enthusiasm to the team. Born and raised in Port Richmond, he knows the area very well and can give clients valuable input on the neighborhoods they are interested in. He enjoys showing properties, marketing listings, and helping buyers and sellers make informed decisions. On top of his Real Estate license, Ryan has a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Philadelphia.

Bernadette Alfanso

Fishtown resident, Bernadette has been a dedicated member of our team for more than three years and we truly hope she will not retire anytime soon. In Real Estate, having every single piece of paper filed properly is absolutely critical. Bernadette is the one who has been keeping our office flawlessly organized and helping us find what we need, when we need it, so we can stay on top of our busy daily schedules.

Donna O'Holloran and Janet O'Connell

Donna and Janet work in the Conveyancing Department, which handles the ordering of Property Titles and Mortgage pay-offs, document review, as well as data tracking and logging for each transaction. They are an essential part of our team as we rely on their attention to detail and experience. Donna is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent.

Jillian Turner

Jillian was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia in Delaware County and is currently in her third year at Temple University majoring in Business Management/Legal Studies and minoring in Spanish Language. Jillian is our Craigslist expert, helping us make sure that our clients properties are advertised daily and getting as much visibility as possible on the web. Over the next few years Jillian is looking to become more involved in real estate. After graduation she plans on attending law school and in the long run open her own practice specializing in immigration law.
